In order to enhance business ability of international trade, Intelliware staffs took part in a business training at Tapaidang from Oct. to Dec., 2015. Over the two months eight training sessions were held and four lecturers imparted their knowledge.

This training aims at creating, through Internet, a pool of capable professionals of transacting international sales. The first lecture was given by Mr. Sophat Chen (Director of Tapaidang). He introduced an overview, complete and process of international trade in details. Then Sophat held 2 sessions to teach analytical skills for Alibaba operation including how to design the website page, how to increase the interest of visitors, and how to allocate products in Alibaba showcase. Skills for customer development was transferred by Mr. XiangYu Shi in the third part, which takes us 2 weeks. It is all about analyzing potential clients, answering their RFQ professionally and converting them into customers. In the sixth week we were taught about the usage of social networking site like LinkedIn and Facebook. The courses were delivered by Miss Siqi using numerous examples and exercises in vivid detail. Finally, we organized two workshops, sharing experience along with knowledge and helped to solve problems with each other.
