Intelliware launched the second BaiTuan competition training between July and September in 2015. The event aims to train international trade salesmen through their experience and knowledge sharing. The performance of customer acquisition and e-commerce operation are taken into consideration as the judgment factors to select the champion. Nearly 60 firms with over 300 sales and marketing staffs joined this activity.

The event lasts two months and is divided into three parts. In the first session, Ms. HuaJiang Song, Manager President from Wuxi United Chamber of Cross-Boarder E-commerce (WUCCE), held the activity, introducing the whole process of this competition. Every team from each company was required to set a sales goal during the following two months such as how many website visitors and inquiries on their website they will gain, how many new customers they will get and how many orders they can receive. If they achieve their goals, awards will be presented to them, otherwise, punishment might be inflicted on them.

Professionals from WUCCE held the second part. They transferred specific skills to candidates in generating new sales leads through search engine optimization and search engine marketing. Competitors were equally required to share their knowledge and experience in e-commerce operation with others.

Finally, in the last session, three champion teams were selected including the Best SEO Team, the Best Sales Team and the Best Newcomer to International Trade. We are extremely surprised and pleased when Intelliware members, especially, won the Best SEO Team, meanwhile, our sales figures rose by 20% throughout the two- month training. Not only does this award make us Intelliware more popular, but it does boost our confidence as a professional exporter in hardware industry.
